A NOVUS está em busca de uma pessoa para coordenar o desenvolvimento de produtos eletrônicos, com sólida experiência em sistemas embarcados, programação em linguagem C e desenvolvimento de hardware e firmware.Buscamos um profissional que combine conhecimento técnico com capacidade de liderança, atuando diretamente no desenvolvimento de soluções para automação, medição e controle de temperatura.Será um diferencial importante possuir experiência no desenvolvimento de controladores eletrônicos para refrigeração e climatização. Se você tem experiência em desenvolvimento de produtos eletrônicos, gosta de desafios técnicos e deseja liderar projetos de inovação, queremos conhecer você!

Responsabilidades e atribuições Coordenar e orientar tecnicamente a equipe de desenvolvimento de produtos eletrônicos.Liderar projetos de desenvolvimento e alteração de produtos, desde a concepção até a industrialização.Desenvolver e especificar arquiteturas de hardware e software para sistemas embarcados.Desenvolver e orientar a programação de firmware em linguagem C para microcontroladores.Projetar circuitos eletrônicos e soluções de hardware para produtos e sistemas de teste.Gerenciar cronogramas, entregas, documentação técnica e prioridades dos projetos.Interagir com as áreas de Marketing, Engenharia e Industrial para garantir o atendimento às especificações dos produtos.Pesquisar e avaliar novas tecnologias, componentes eletrônicos e protocolos de comunicação.Acompanhar testes, validação de protótipos e lotes piloto junto à área industrial.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos indispensáveis:

Formação superior em Engenharia Elétrica, Eletrônica, Mecatrônica, Engenharia de Computação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência mínima de 5 anos no desenvolvimento de produtos eletrônicos.Conhecimento avançado em programação embarcada na linguagem C.Experiência prática no desenvolvimento de firmware para microcontroladores.Conhecimento em arquitetura de hardware, circuitos eletrônicos e sistemas embarcados.Experiência em liderança técnica de equipes e gestão de projetos de desenvolvimento de produtos.Conhecimento de boas práticas de programação, testes e validação de produtos eletrônicos.Conhecimentos e experiências desejáveis:Experiência no desenvolvimento de controladores eletrônicos para refrigeração, climatização e controle de temperatura.Vivência em empresas fabricantes de controladores eletrônicos.Conhecimento em automação industrial, instrumentação, medição e controle de processos.Experiência com protocolos de comunicação e interfaces para sistemas embarcados.Conhecimento do ciclo completo de desenvolvimento de produtos, incluindo prototipagem, testes e industrialização.Inglês e/ou espanhol avançado.
