  • Driver & Courier Dispatch Prep: Ensure all delivery routes are accurately audited, barcoded, and staged according to strict customer SLAs before the arrival of independent contractor drivers.
  • Logistics Technology Management: Master and utilize NOW Courier’s driver and warehouse management software to log manifests, track incoming package flows via RF scanners, resolve scanning errors, and generate end-of-shift reports.
  • Safety & Machinery Compliance: Oversee the proper use and routine inspections of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), ensuring team compliance with forklift safety guidelines.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
