📢 VAGA ABERTA: ASSISTENTE FINANCEIRO I

O que você vai fazer: Atuar nas rotinas financeiras da empresa, realizando atividades de contas a pagar e receber, lançamentos de notas fiscais, boletos e faturas em sistema ERP, acompanhando vencimentos e contribuindo para o cumprimento dos prazos de pagamento.

Você também será responsável por realizar conciliações bancárias, confrontando extratos com os registros internos e identificando possíveis divergências. Além disso, apoiará o controle do fluxo de caixa, a atualização de planilhas financeiras, a elaboração de relatórios básicos e a organização de comprovantes de pagamentos e documentos fiscais para envio à contabilidade.

Também fará o atendimento a fornecedores para esclarecimento de dúvidas relacionadas a pagamentos e emissão de comprovantes, contribuindo para a precisão dos registros financeiros e o fechamento mensal da unidade.

O que a gente pede: • Ensino Superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas será considerado um diferencial desejável.

• Experiência mínima de 6 meses a 1 ano em rotinas financeiras ou administrativas.

• Vivência com contas a pagar e receber, lançamentos de notas fiscais, boletos e faturas.

• Conhecimento em conciliação bancária e acompanhamento de vencimentos.

• Excel intermediário, incluindo PROCV e tabelas dinâmicas.

• Conhecimento em sistemas ERP será um diferencial importante.

• Noções de fluxo de caixa e matemática financeira.

• Organização e atenção aos detalhes para garantir a precisão dos lançamentos.

• Ética, discrição no tratamento de informações financeiras e responsabilidade com dados confidenciais.

• Proatividade, boa comunicação e facilidade para interagir com fornecedores e outras áreas.

• Senso de urgência, comprometimento com prazos e atenção à qualidade das informações.

SALÁRIO • R$ 2.500,00 mensais.
