Haemme nyt kokenutta HSE-päällikköä työmaaroolin energiahankkeille!

Vastaat monipuolisesti työmaan terveys-, turvallisuus- ja ympäristöasioista. Olet taitava riskien tunnistaja ja proaktiivisesti turvallisuushenkinen. Roolissasi tarvitset rohkeutta ja kykyä puuttua epäkohtiin muuttuvassa aliurakoitsijaympäristössä.

Työtehtäviisi kuuluu muun muassa

  • HSE-asioissa työnjohdon tukena oleminen
  • Asiakkaan HSE-vaatimusten jalkauttaminen sekä sisäisesti että aliurakoitsijoille
  • Poikkeamaraportoinnista vastaaminen ja poikkeamien tutkinta
  • Työmaan turvallisuuskierroksista vastaaminen
  • Turvallisuushavaintojen vieminen järjestelmään sekä havaintojen korjaamisen vastuuttaminen
  • Vastuullisuustuokioiden suunnittelu ja vetäminen
  • Yhteistyö asiakkaan HSE-henkilöstön kanssa
  • Tarvittaessa HSE-toimintamallien kehittäminen

Työskentelypaikkana on tuulipuisto- tai datakeskustyömaa Oulun tai Kouvolan alueella. Työvuorot sijoittuvat pääasiassa klo 7:00-15:30 aikavälille. Työtehtävien hoitaminen edellyttää matkustusvalmiutta ja läsnäoloa työmaalla, tarvittaessa maanantaista perjantaihin. Tehtävän sijainti vaihtelee urakkakohteiden mukaan.

Mitä odotamme sinulta?

  • Sähkö- tai rakennusalan korkeakoulututkintoa tai vaihtoehtoisesti muu soveltuva tutkinto
  • Kokemusta rakennustyömaalta HSE-tehtävistä vähintään 5 vuoden ajalta
  • Kokemus joko tuulivoima- tai datakeskustyömaalta katsotaan eduksi
  • Kykyä luoda asiakkaan vaatimuksia vastaavia dokumentteja
  • Hyviä sosiaalisia taitoja ja rohkeutta puuttua epäkohtiin
  • Kyky oppia uusien järjestelmien käyttöä
  • Sujuvaa suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa, niin suullisesti kuin kirjallisesti
