Olemme NRC Group – Pohjoismaiden kunnianhimoisin infrarakentaja. Rakennamme ja kunnossapidämme kriittistä infraa ja työllistämme noin 2 000 ammattilaista Suomessa, Ruotsissa ja Norjassa. Yhdistämme ihmisiä ja yhteisöjä päivittäin ja teemme sen ketterästi ja innovatiivisesti. Haemme nyt infra-alan projekti-insinööriä raitiotiehankkeiden projektituen tehtäviin pääkaupunkiseudulle!

Meillä on parhaillaan käynnissä useita erikokoisia ratikkahankkeita. Näistä suurin on Infraohjelma Helsinki -allianssi, johon kuuluvat Länsi-Helsingin ratikka-, Länsisataman pikaratikka- sekä Viikki-Malmi-ratikka-allianssit. Ratikkahankkeet muovaavat merkittävästi Helsingin kaupunkikuvaa ja kehittävät pääkaupunkiseudun liikkumista tuleville vuosikymmenille.

Työtehtäviisi projekti-insinöörinä kuuluu

  • Työskentelet osana suurta allianssiorganisaatiota yhdessä rakentajakumppanimme, alihankkijoiden, suunnittelijoiden ja tilaajien kanssa
  • Olet ratkaisukeskeinen ja oma-aloitteinen työmaan tuki ja toimintaedellytysten varmistaja
  • Tehtävääsi kuuluu esimerkiksi aikatauluohjausta, laadunhallintaa, turvallisuustehtäviä, projektin taloudellisen kehityksen seurantaa ja sidosryhmäyhteistyötä
  • Toimit tekniikkalajien kanssa sujuvasti yhteistyössä saavuttaaksenne allianssin tavoitteet
  • Olet mukana ohjaamassa myös työkokonaisuutesi työturvallisuutta, ympäristöasioista, hankintojen valmistelua kohti yhteistä päämäärää
  • Teet tiivistä yhteistyötä alueen toimijoiden kanssa, mukaan lukien työmaan läheisyydessä sijaitsevat kiinteistöt sekä heidän tarpeidensa huomiointi ja yhteensovitus työmaahan
  • Työtehtävien menestyksekäs hoitaminen edellyttää läsnäoloa allianssin Big Roomilla ja työmaalla

Mitä odotamme sinulta?

  • Tehtävään soveltuvaa ammattikorkeakoulututkintoa (esim. rakennusinsinööri, tuotantotalouden insinööri)
  • Raitiotiekokemusta
  • Hyviä tiimi- ja ihmissuhdetaitoja sekä kykyä toimia joukkuepelaajana
  • Kokemusta infra- tai radanrakentamisesta ja kokemusta infrarakentamisesta vaativassa katuympäristössä
  • Toivomme, että olet oma-aloitteinen ja rehdillä asenteella varustettu tekijä ja sinulla on taitoa sekä tahtoa vetää vaativia projekteja pitäen jatkuva parantaminen mielessä
  • Arvostamme aiempaa kokemusta raitiotierakentamisesta
  • B-ajokorttia
  • Suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa
