Olemme NRC Group – Pohjoismaiden kunnianhimoisin infrarakentaja. Rakennamme ja kunnossapidämme kriittistä infraa ja työllistämme noin 2 000 ammattilaista Suomessa, Ruotsissa ja Norjassa. Haemme nyt työmaamestaria Etelä-Pohjanmaalle energia- ja sähköasemahankkeisiin!

Tässä tehtävässä toimit työmaapäällikön oikeana kätenä, ja työpöydällesi kuuluu muun muassa aliurakointien hallintaa sekä laatujenluovutusdokumentaation tekemistä. Vastaat itsenäisesti sekä yhdessä työmaapäällikön kanssa projektien suunnittelusta ja toteutuksesta.

Työskentelet alkavilla energiapuisto- sähköasema- tai akkuvarastotyömailla ammattitaitoisen tiimin kanssa, jossa sinulla on tukena projektipäällikkö ja työmaapäälliköt.

Työtehtäviisi kuuluu muun muassa

  • Työmaan aikataulun ja valmiusasteen seuranta
  • Maanrakennus ja rakennustöiden työnjohdon tukeminen, suunnittelu ja päivittäinen organisointi
  • Kustannusennusteen laatiminen ja seuranta
  • Projektin laatu-ja turvallisuusdokumentaation koordinointi ja tuottaminen

Huomioithan, että työtehtävien hoitaminen edellyttää matkustusvalmiutta ja läsnäoloa työmaalla. Työskentely tapahtuu työsuhteen alussa Etelä-Pohjanmaalla ja sen jälkeen tehtävän sijainti vaihtelee urakkakohteiden mukaan.

Mitä odotamme sinulta?

  • Tehtävään soveltuvaa korkeakoulututkintoa, tutkintosi voi olla esimerkiksi sähkö- ja energiatekniikan insinööri (AMK)
  • Vähintään pari vuotta aiempaa kokemusta sähkö- ja energiarakentamisen työmaista
  • Hyvää suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa
  • Oma-aloitteisuutta ja tahtoa viedä projekteja eteenpäin laatu, vastuullisuus ja jatkuva parantaminen edellä
  • Hyviä yhteistyö- ja vuorovaikutustaitoja. Teet mielelläsi töitä erilaisten sidosryhmien kanssa
  • B-ajokorttia, sillä tehtävä edellyttää liikkumista
  • Työhöntulotarkastuksen läpäisemistä työsuhteen alussa

Voit olla jo kokeneempi työnjohtaja tai työmaainsinööri tai urallasi eteenpäin pyrkivä infra-alan osaaja – tärkeintä on, että tunnet työmaa-arjen, haluat johtaa tekemistä käytännössä ja viet asioita määrätietoisesti eteenpäin yhdessä tiimin kanssa. Aiempi kokemus datakeskuksen, sähköaseman tai voimalaitosten rakentamisesta katsotaan eduksi.
