Olemme NRC Group – Pohjoismaiden kunnianhimoisin infrarakentaja. Rakennamme ja kunnossapidämme kriittistä infraa ja työllistämme noin 2 000 ammattilaista Suomessa, Ruotsissa ja Norjassa. Haemme nyt työmaapäällikköä maanrakennustehtäviin!

Meillä on parhaillaan käynnissä useita erikokoisia ratikkahankkeita. Näistä suurin on Infraohjelma Helsinki -allianssi, johon kuuluvat Länsi-Helsingin ratikka-, Länsisataman pikaratikka- sekä Viikki-Malmi-ratikka-allianssit. Ratikkahankkeet muovaavat merkittävästi Helsingin kaupunkikuvaa ja kehittävät pääkaupunkiseudun liikkumista tuleville vuosikymmenille.

Tehtäviisi kuuluu

  • Työmaan päivittäinen johtaminen, työturvallisuudesta ja vastuullisuudesta vastaaminen sekä eri urakoitsijoiden ja toimijoiden töiden yhteensovittaminen, kuten työnsuunnittelu ja työnjohto
  • Alihankintaneuvottelut
  • Projektin aikataulujen suunnittelu ja aikataulun mukainen toteutus sekä hankintojen päivittäinen johtaminen
  • Työmaan valmiusasteen ja kustannusten hallinta ja raportointi
  • Aktiivinen asiakastyö ja muutosten hallinta

Mitä odotamme sinulta?

  • Soveltuvaa rakennusalan ammattikorkeakoulututkintoa esimerkiksi rakennusinsinööri tai rakennusmestari
  • Sinulla on vahvat vuorovaikutustaidot ja kyky innostaa tiimiä yhteisiin tavoitteisiin
  • Useamman vuoden kokemusta infrarakentamisen tai kiinteistörakentamisen työmaiden johtamisesta
  • Olet oma-aloitteinen ja haluat johtaa vaativia projekteja kehittäen toimintaa jatkuvasti
  • Sujuva suomen kielen osaaminen ja riittävä tietotekninen osaaminen on välttämätöntä projektityössä, jossa asioit sekä sisäisten että ulkoisten sidosryhmien kanssa
  • Työtehtävät edellyttävät vähintään B-ajokorttia

Työsuhteen alussa edellytetään rautatielääkärin tekemän työhöntulotarkastuksen sekä psykologisen soveltuvuustestauksen läpäisemistä, sillä tämä vaaditaan tiettyihin pätevyyksiin.

Tehtävään valittavasta henkilöstä voidaan tehdä hakijan suostumuksella perusmuotoinen henkilöturvallisuusselvitys (turvallisuusselvityslaki 726/2014). Menettelystä ja selvityksen kohteen oikeuksista löytyy tarkempia tietoja tästä.
