NRC Group bygger framtidens transportlösningar och nu växer vi i Region Nord. Därför söker vi en engagerad och erfaren Arbetsledare El- och kontaktledning som vill vara med och göra skillnad i några av Sveriges mest spännande järnvägsprojekt.

Du blir en del av vår satsning i Region Nord, med start i kontaktledningsupprustningen på sträckan Bräcke–Bispgården. Här får du arbeta i ett omfattande projekt (till 2028 med möjlighet till 2 optionsår) där du tillsammans med kunniga kollegor bidrar till att utveckla och säkra framtidens järnvägsinfrastruktur.

Som Arbetsledare har du en nyckelroll i projekten. Du planerar, leder och följer upp produktionen samt säkerställer att arbetet genomförs säkert, effektivt och med hög kvalitet. Samtidigt skapar du rätt förutsättningar för teamet genom ett tydligt och engagerande ledarskap.

Vi söker dig som trivs med ansvar, gillar att arbeta självständigt och motiveras av att utveckla både människor och verksamhet. Hos oss blir du en del av ett kompetent team där samarbete, utveckling och gemenskap står i fokus.

Vad innebär jobbet?

  • Planera och ta ansvar för den dagliga produktionen
  • Fortlöpande kundkontakt och ekonomiskt ansvar för din del av produktionen
  • Personalansvar för teknikerna i teamet
  • Motivera och vägleda teamet i utförandet av arbetet
  • Se till att arbetet utförs i enlighet med gällande krav och skyldigheter
  • Arbeta med arbetsberedningar där riskbedömningar, resursplanering, bokning av interna maskiner och avrop av externa tjänster är några exempel.
  • Avvikelsehantering, genomförande av korrigerande åtgärder och förslag på förbättringsåtgärder
  • Beredskap och resor i arbetet ingår i rollen
  • Erfarenhet från motsvarande tjänst och/eller teknisk yrkeshögskola inom järnvägen (EL/kontaktledning)
  • Erfarenhet från liknande projekt
  • Goda kunskaper i användning av digitala verktyg
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och kan uttrycka dig i såväl tal som skrift
  • Körkort behörighet: B
