Job Description

NRECA’s Marketing team is growing. We represent a portfolio of 100+ products, services, and programs for over 80,000 members nationwide. We are looking for strategic, data-driven, and growth-oriented Product Marketers to join our high-performing team. This is a central, highly visible function that partners across the organization with senior leadership to shape the experience of electric cooperatives nationwide.

You will be a trusted strategic partner responsible for developing and leading integrated marketing plans and campaigns that drive product adoption, member engagement, and revenue growth across NRECA’s suite of programs, services, and educational offerings.

  • Own Product and Value Storytelling Translate complex offerings into clear, compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks that resonate with diverse member audiences and differentiate in the marketplace.
  • Drive Multi-Channel Campaigns Concept and deliver end-to-end campaigns across digital, email, social, web and event channels—optimizing the right mix to reach and convert target audiences.
  • Leverage Data to Inform and Optimize Use audience segmentation, campaign performance metrics, and insights (engagement, conversion, behavior) to continuously refine strategies and improve results.
  • Bring a Modern Marketing Approach Utilize AI tools and marketing technologies to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and increase campaign effectiveness.
  • Act as a Strategic Partner Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to define goals, assess opportunities, prioritize initiatives and deliver marketing solutions that drive impact.
  • Champion Focus and Effectiveness Evaluate incoming requests through a strategic lens—ensuring alignment, guiding stakeholders to the most effective approach and protecting campaign integrity.
  • Collaborate Across Teams Partner with creative, communications, and marketing operations teams to ensure cohesive execution, strong brand alignment, and high-quality deliverables.

Key Highlights of This Role

  • High visibility and influence —Work closely with senior leaders and shape how we bring products and programs to market
  • Strategic impact —Your work directly drives engagement, utilization, and revenue across the organization
  • Modern marketing environment —Leverage data, AI tools, and integrated campaigns to innovate and evolve our approach
  • Mission-driven work —Help tell the story of electric cooperatives and support communities across the country

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
