Du bist ein erfahrener Abacus Consultant und suchst eine neue Herausforderung, bei der du dein Fachwissen einbringen, Verantwortung übernehmen und Kunden direkt begleiten kannst?

Wir unterstützen Unternehmen bei der Einführung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung ihrer Abacus\-Lösungen. Dabei stehen für uns eine persönliche Kundenbetreuung, praxisorientierte Lösungen und eine partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit im Mittelpunkt.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder Lohn \& HR, die Freude an abwechslungsreichen Kundenprojekten hat und unser Unternehmen aktiv mitgestalten möchte.

Aufgaben --------

  • Selbstständige Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden in den Bereichen Abacus Finanzen und/oder Lohn \& HR
  • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Erarbeitung individueller, praxisnaher Lösungen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Einführungs\-, Optimierungs\- und Weiterentwicklungsprojekten
  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei komplexen fachlichen und technischen Fragestellungen
  • Durchführung von Kundenschulungen und Workshops
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Kundenprojekten – von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur Umsetzung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstleistungen und Beratungsangebote

Qualifikationen ---------------

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Abacus\-Beratung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen und/oder Lohn \& HR
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse im jeweiligen Abacus\-Fachbereich
  • Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung und Begleitung von Abacus\-Projekten
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Eigeninitiative und unternehmerisches Denken
