The posting

Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for: Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

Responsibilities:.

  • Lead end-to-end product design, from discovery and user research to wireframing, prototyping, implementation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define product requirements, evaluate design trade-offs, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis of user behaviour to inform design decisions.
  • Design intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent user interfaces for complex digital platforms.
  • Work with education technology and curriculum specialists to ensure designs support effective teaching and learning.
  • Maintain consistency across products by contributing to shared design systems and reusable UI/UX components.
  • Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional design teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital product design, UI/UX design, or related roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of complex digital products.Excellent skills in interaction design, visual design, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Experience designing accessible, content-heavy digital interfaces.
  • Proven experience independently leading product design and collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers.
  • Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate design decisions effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency across products.
  • Familiarity with incorporating AI tools into design workflows.
