Buscamos um(a) profissional organizado(a), proativo(a) e atento(a) aos detalhes para atuar no suporte às rotinas administrativas da empresa, contribuindo para a organização dos processos, atendimento às demandas internas e apoio às atividades operacionais e financeiras.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Realizar o faturamento de produtos e serviços, conforme pedidos e contratos;
  • Emitir notas fiscais de produtos e serviços;
  • Conferir pedidos, valores, impostos, alíquotas e demais informações antes da emissão das notas fiscais;
  • Realizar a conferência e validação de documentos fiscais;
  • Efetuar cancelamentos e cartas de correção de notas fiscais, quando necessário;
  • Apoiar na apuração e conferência de impostos relacionados ao faturamento;
  • Realizar lançamentos e conferências no sistema ERP;
  • Acompanhar a emissão e o envio de documentos fiscais aos clientes;
  • Identificar e corrigir possíveis inconsistências nos processos fiscais e de faturamento;
  • Atender às demandas internas relacionadas a faturamento e documentos fiscais.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Formação superior em Ciências Contábeis;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e perfil analítico;
  • Experiência de no mínimo 4 anos em rotinas fiscais e contábeis, com foco em faturamento e entrada de notas fiscais;
  • Conhecimentos avançados em sistemas ERP, preferencialmente OMIE;
  • Inglês intermediário.

Diferenciais

  • Pós-graduação em áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência com auditorias e planejamento tributário.
  • Conhecimento em Power BI e ferramentas de análise de dados.
