Estamos buscando un(a) Especialista de Izaje / Ingeniero(a) o Técnico(a) en Infraestructura Tecnológica

¿Cuál será tu desafío?

Serás responsable de supervisar y coordinar maniobras de izaje asociadas a trabajos de infraestructura tecnológica en faena minera, participando en actividades de montaje, desmontaje, instalación, reemplazo y reparación de antenas, estructuras y equipos de telecomunicaciones. Tu rol estará enfocado en verificar las condiciones de ejecución de estas maniobras, velando por el cumplimiento de los procedimientos, los estándares de seguridad y la correcta coordinación de las actividades en terreno.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Supervisar las maniobras de izaje requeridas para el montaje, desmontaje, instalación y reemplazo de antenas, estructuras y equipos de infraestructura tecnológica en faena.
  • Revisar los planes de izaje y verificar que las condiciones de la maniobra, las características de las cargas y las capacidades de los equipos sean adecuadas para una ejecución segura.
  • Coordinar las actividades de izaje con operadores de grúa, riggers y equipos técnicos involucrados, asegurando una comunicación efectiva durante la ejecución de los trabajos.
  • Verificar las condiciones operativas y la documentación correspondiente de grúas y accesorios de izaje, de acuerdo con los procedimientos y estándares establecidos.
  • Identificar riesgos asociados a las maniobras y verificar la aplicación de controles críticos, zonas de exclusión y procedimientos de trabajo seguro.
  • Coordinar las maniobras con los equipos que ejecutan trabajos en altura y otras actividades relacionadas con la instalación o reparación de antenas y estructuras.
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de los permisos de trabajo y de los requisitos de seguridad aplicables, coordinando las actividades con el cliente y las áreas operacionales de la faena y mas.

Requisitos excluyentes:

  • Titulados de Telecomunicaciones, Electricidad, Electrónica, Mecánica, Infraestructura Tecnológica o carrera afín.
  • Residir en Calama o Antofagasta.
  • Tener al menos 5 años de experiencia comprobable en trabajos de mantenimiento e implementación de sistemas de telecomunicaciones, especialmente redes inalámbricas WiFi, LTE y microondas (MMOO), o en funciones relacionadas con infraestructura tecnológica.
  • Contar con experiencia comprobable liderando o supervisando maniobras de izaje.
  • Contar con experiencia en supervisión de trabajos de alto riesgo y coordinación de operadores, riggers y equipos de terreno.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en faena minera bajo sistema de turno 7x7.

Requisitos deseables:

  • Experiencia previa en minería, energía, construcción industrial o telecomunicaciones.

· Licencia de conducir clase B vigente.

  • Formación o certificaciones vigentes relacionadas con supervisión de izaje, maniobras de levante y seguridad en operaciones de alto riesgo.
  • Conocimientos de inspección de grúas, accesorios de izaje, tablas de carga y criterios de selección de equipos.
  • Conocimientos en elaboración y revisión de planes de izaje, procedimientos de trabajo seguro y análisis de riesgos (AST/ART).
  • Experiencia coordinando maniobras de montaje y desmontaje de antenas, estructuras metálicas y equipos instalados en altura.
  • Conocimientos de estándares HSE/HSEC y protocolos de seguridad aplicables a faenas mineras.
