Estamos buscando un(a) Líder de Cuadrilla – Antofagasta

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás responsable de liderar y ejecutar actividades técnicas en terreno asociadas a la mantención, implementación y soporte de infraestructura tecnológica y de telecomunicaciones en terreno, asegurando la correcta operación de redes inalámbricas, cableado estructurado, redes industriales y plataformas tecnológicas críticas.

Tendrás un rol clave en la coordinación y ejecución de trabajos en terreno, liderando cuadrillas técnicas y brindando soporte a equipos de ingeniería remotos, contribuyendo a mantener la disponibilidad y continuidad de la infraestructura tecnológica de la operación.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Liderar y ejecutar actividades de mantención, implementación y soporte técnico en terreno, coordinando las labores de la cuadrilla asignada.
  • Realizar site surveys en terreno, validando cobertura, niveles de señal, interferencias y condiciones de radiofrecuencia.
  • Ejecutar mantenimiento y operación de redes Wireless en sitios de telecomunicaciones indoor y outdoor, incluyendo sistemas WiFi, LTE y MMOO.
  • Realizar configuración básica y diagnóstico de Access Points, Bridges, WLC, CPE y equipamiento de radio, incluyendo eNodeB, RRU y antenas.
  • Diagnosticar problemas de conectividad inalámbrica en equipos y sistemas críticos de la operación.
  • Brindar soporte Hands & Feet en terreno para switches, routers, Access Points, firewalls, servidores y otras plataformas tecnológicas.
  • Gestionar tickets, mantener bitácoras de las actividades realizadas y coordinar la resolución de incidentes con equipos de ingeniería remota.

Requisitos excluyentes

  • Formación como Técnico(a) de Nivel Superior y/o Profesional en Telecomunicaciones, Conectividad y Redes, Electrónica, Informática o carrera técnica afín.
  • Contar con al menos 5 años de experiencia comprobable en cargos relacionados con mantención e implementación de infraestructura tecnológica.
  • Experiencia en redes inalámbricas WiFi, LTE y/o MMOO.
  • Experiencia en fibra óptica, cableado estructurado y redes alámbricas e inalámbricas.

Requisitos deseables

  • Contar con calificación vigente como Rigger.
  • Contar con certificación para uso y manejo de alza hombre eléctrico.
