Estamos buscando un(a) Técnicos/as en Infraestructura Tecnológica - Telecomunicaciones /Izaje

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás responsable de planificar, coordinar y supervisar las maniobras de izaje asociadas a trabajos de montaje, desmontaje, reemplazo y reparación de antenas, estructuras de telecomunicaciones y elementos asociados, asegurando una ejecución segura y eficiente de las actividades en terreno.

Tendrás un rol clave en la planificación y control de las maniobras, coordinando operadores de grúa, riggers, personal técnico y equipos de trabajo en altura, velando por el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad minera, procedimientos de trabajo, análisis de riesgos y normativa vigente.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Planificar, revisar y aprobar planes de izaje, verificando pesos, dimensiones, centros de gravedad, radios de operación y capacidades de carga de los equipos.
  • Definir métodos seguros para el movimiento de cargas y participar en la elaboración y validación de Procedimientos de Trabajo Seguro (PTS).
  • Identificar y evaluar los riesgos asociados a cada maniobra, participando en AST (Análisis Seguro de Trabajo), ART y otras instancias de control preventivo.
  • Dirigir y supervisar las maniobras de levantamiento, desplazamiento y posicionamiento de cargas, manteniendo el control operativo durante toda su ejecución.
  • Autorizar el inicio y término de las maniobras y detener inmediatamente cualquier actividad frente a condiciones que puedan representar un riesgo para las personas, equipos o activos.
  • Verificar certificaciones, capacidad y condición operativa de grúas, equipos y accesorios de izaje, incluyendo eslingas, estrobos, grilletes, cáncamos y otros elementos de levante.
  • Asegurar el correcto posicionamiento y estabilización de las grúas, validando su capacidad de acuerdo con las especificaciones y tablas del fabricante.
  • Validar las secuencias de desmontaje y montaje, coordinando el movimiento seguro de cargas hacia técnicos y riggers que se encuentren trabajando en altura.

Requisitos excluyentes

  • Formación como Técnico(a) de Nivel Superior en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Electricidad, Conectividad y Redes o carrera técnica afín.
  • Contar con al menos 5 años de experiencia comprobable en trabajos con equipos de izaje y elevación de cargas.
  • Contar con al menos 2 a 3 años de experiencia liderando y supervisando maniobras de izaje.
  • Experiencia en planificación y ejecución de planes de izaje y maniobras de levante.
  • Experiencia en supervisión y control de trabajos de alto riesgo.
  • Experiencia coordinando operadores de grúa, riggers, personal técnico y equipos de terreno.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia en los sectores de minería, energía, construcción industrial y/o telecomunicaciones.
  • Formación y experiencia técnica en mantención e implementación de redes inalámbricas WiFi, LTE y MMOO.
  • Experiencia en trabajos asociados al montaje, desmontaje, mantenimiento o reemplazo de antenas y estructuras de telecomunicaciones.
