SOBRE A VAGA:

Estamos elevando a régua do nosso Backoffice Financeiro. Hoje o time garante conciliações, liquidações e atendimento regulatório com excelência — mas ainda de forma majoritariamente manual. Buscamos um Senior Specialist que una domínio das rotinas de backoffice de corretora com capacidade real de construir automações, para transformar processos manuais em fluxos automatizados, monitorados e escaláveis.

É uma posição para quem percebe o gargalo, desenha a solução, conversa com times de engenharia e coloca a mão na massa.

Você será responsável por:

- Conciliações financeiras de contas internas em parceria com Controllership, incluindo a evolução para conciliação entre custódia e financeiro.

- Automatizar rotinas manuais, construindo soluções com alertas e monitoramento — automação com governança, não apenas script rodando.

- Conduzir o fluxo de processos judiciais (bloqueio judicial, transferência de ativos para liquidação) e o processo de BDRO.

- Atendimento a órgãos reguladores e demandas regulatórias, com autonomia para responder e validar posicionamentos.

- Participar do processo de liquidação e das movimentações financeiras dos clientes da corretora, garantindo reflexo correto nos sistemas.

- Atuar como ponte entre backoffice e engenharia, traduzindo regra de negócio em requisito técnico, participando de fóruns de produto e antecipando impactos operacionais.

- Definir estratégia junto à liderança e orientar tecnicamente o time, elevando o nível de autonomia e conhecimento da área.

- Trabalhar em ações para melhoria e automatização de processos (Utilizando AI, Python dentre outras tecnologias) e rotinas na área, visando a automatização das rotinas, em alinhamento com a necessidade regulatória;

PROCURAMOS POR UMA PESSOA QUE:

- Certificação PQO B3 Backoffice — pré-requisito inegociável por exigência regulatória.

- Conhecimento intermediário em programação e análise de dados (Python, VBA, SQL, Power BI) — capacidade comprovada de escrever e manter automações.

- Conhecimento em Sinacor, com domínio dos módulos de Tesouraria e Conta Corrente (não é necessário uso diário atual, mas é necessário conhecer).

- Conhecimento de mercado financeiro, sistemas de pagamento e reconciliação financeira.

- Excel avançado;

- Comunicação e ótimo stakeholder management — a posição exige transitar entre backoffice, engenharia, controladoria e liderança, e apresentar temas complexos com clareza.

SERÁ UM DIFERENCIAL SE:

- Experiência em corretora de valores, em tesouraria ou backoffice.

- Certificações adicionais: PQO Operações, ANBIMA CPA-20, CEA; conhecimento em mercado de capitais e ofertas públicas.

- Inglês intermediário/ avançado;
