The posting

Executar a limpeza, desinfecção, conservação e organização dos ambientes da instituição, contribuindo para a segurança, a prevenção de riscos e o conforto de pacientes, acompanhantes e colaboradores.

Atua conforme os POPs institucionais, as orientações da CCIH, o PGRSS e as normas de biossegurança.

· Executar limpeza concorrente e terminal conforme cronogramas, POPs, classificação das áreas e treinamento recebido.

· Higienizar consultórios, recepções, corredores, áreas administrativas, sanitários, copas e demais ambientes designados; atuar em áreas críticas somente conforme POP e capacitação aplicáveis.

· Limpar e desinfetar superfícies e mobiliário abrangidos pelos procedimentos, respeitando sequência, tempo de contato dos produtos e medidas para evitar contaminação cruzada.

· Segregar, recolher e transportar internamente os resíduos nos recipientes e fluxos previstos no PGRSS; comunicar descarte inadequado, derramamentos e acidentes.

· Utilizar EPIs indicados e sinalizar áreas em limpeza; comunicar de imediato situações que ofereçam risco a pacientes, profissionais e visitantes.

· Repor insumos de higiene conforme rotina e manter carrinhos, utensílios e equipamentos limpos, organizados e conservados.

· Solicitar reposição de materiais à liderança e comunicar vazamentos, infiltrações, lâmpadas queimadas, danos em mobiliário e outras necessidades de manutenção.

· Cumprir horários e rotinas; preencher corretamente checklists e demais registros de execução e comunicar impossibilidade de atendimento da programação.

· Participar de treinamentos, auditorias e ações de melhoria; preservar a privacidade e a confidencialidade das informações dos pacientes.

· Apoiar a organização de ambientes e eventos e a conservação de áreas externas, quando previsto na rotina e compatível com o cargo.
