Lo que comenzó como un proyecto universitario hace apenas seis años ha evolucionado desde empaquetar nuestros primeros pedidos en una habitación de residencia hasta convertirse en una marca que hoy supera los 50 millones de euros en facturación.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

  • Asegurar que la tienda refleje la identidad de la marca, aplicando las directrices de visual merchandising y garantizando una presentación atractiva del producto.
  • Realizar la reposición, ordenación, mantenimiento y correcta comunicación de los elementos del punto de venta para optimizar la disponibilidad y el flujo del producto.
  • Asesorar y orientar a los clientes con un servicio de calidad, transmitiendo conocimiento y pasión por la moda para ofrecer una experiencia de compra excelente.
  • Identificar las necesidades de los clientes, gestionar el proceso de venta, proponer alternativas y realizar venta adicional utilizando las herramientas y sistemas disponibles.
  • Analizar los principales KPIs y colaborar con el Store Manager en la definición e implementación de planes de acción para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.
