Descriptif du poste:Archiviste (f/h/x)Type de contrat CDINumen recrute plusieurs Archivistes Juniors et Confirmés pour des prestations de traitement d'archives papier au Luxembourg.En quelques années Numen est devenue experte dans le traitement d'archives et document management et souhaite renforcer son vivier de professionnels des archives et de gestion de l'information.Profil recherchéVous aurez pour mission la préparation, le traitement, l'inventorisation et le rangement des archives papier selon les règles archivistiques applicables et la méthodologie prédéfinie.• Titulaire d'un Diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur dans le domaine de l'archivistique, de la gestion documentaire, des sciences de l'information ou du patrimoine, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience dans le traitement archivistique d'au moins 1 an pour l'archiviste junior et d'au moins 3 ans pour les profils confirmés. • Vous connaissez les durées de conservation des archives et maîtrisez la règlementation luxembourgeoise en matière d'archives.• Vous avez déjà une expérience dans le traitement d'archives au Luxembourg.• Vous êtes doté(e) de bonnes capacités d'analyse, rédactionnelles et vous aimez travailler en équipe.• Vous parlez le français couramment et n'avez pas de difficultés à lire l'anglais.• La connaissance d'autres langues sera considérée comme un atout.Vous détenez une autorisation de travail pour le Luxembourg.Une copie de votre casier judiciaire et de vos diplômes vous seront demandés en cas de pré-sélection.Qui est Numen ?NUMEN est un acteur majeur de la transformation numérique, reconnu pour son expertise et son innovation dans la gestion documentaire, les solutions de dématérialisation, et les services numériques.Numen, c'est 500 collaborateurs répartis sur 8 sites en France et 3 à l'international, 40 millions de chiffres d'affaires et plus de 500 clients de toute taille et opérant dans tous les secteurs d'activité.En rejoignant NUMEN, vous intégrerez une entreprise à taille humaine où la créativité, la collaboration, et l'excellence sont au cœur de nos projets.
