Key responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative duties and provide general office support
  • Manage documentation, filing, data entry and record maintenance
  • Coordinate office supplies, facilities and general administrative matters
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, forms and other business documents
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and internal communications
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding arrangements
  • Maintain employee records and assist with attendance and leave tracking
  • Provide administrative support for payroll preparation and HR documentation
  • Liaise with external vendors, government agencies and service providers when required
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management

About you

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
  • Previous experience in administration or office support is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, leave administration and employee records will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good organisational, communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and able to handle confidential information
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic understanding of Singapore employment practices
  • Familiarity with CPF, MOM, payroll and leave administration
  • Experience with HR software or administrative systems
