Your mission

  • Selbstständige Leitung anspruchsvoller Event Structure Baustellen (temporäre Hallen, Tribünen, Bühnen, Event‑Infrastrukturen)
  • Technische Prüfung von Ausführungs‑ und Montageplänen
  • Planung, Organisation und Steuerung der Montage‑ und Demontagephasen
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Projektumsetzung unter hohem Zeitdruck
  • Laufende Kontrolle von Qualität, Kosten und Leistung

Der Bauleiter ist verantwortlich für die technische, terminliche und organisatorische Umsetzung komplexer Event‑ und Temporärbauprojekte im In‑ und Ausland. Die Rolle stellt die sichere, qualitativ hochwertige und termingerechte Realisierung von Event Structures sicher und fungiert als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Projektleitung, Montage, Logistik und externen Partnern.

What you bring

Ausbildung & Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (Lehrabschluss) als Tischler/in, Zimmerer/Zimmerin, Schlosser/in oder vergleichbare technische Grundausbildung
  • Weiterbildung als Werkmeister/in (WIFI/BFI), Bautechniker/in HTL oder Meisterprüfung im einschlägigen Handwerk – alternativ mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer gleichwertigen Funktion
  • Gültige Ausbildung zur Baustellenkoordination gemäß BauKG (Bauarbeitenkoordinationsgesetz) von Vorteil
  • Führerschein B erforderlich; BE oder C von Vorteil

Fachliche Kenntnisse

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Kenntnisse in CAD- oder Planungssoftware (z. B. AutoCAD) von Vorteil
  • Verständnis von technischen Zeichnungen- und Montageplänen
  • Kenntnisse im österreichischen Bau- und Arbeitsrecht sowie einschlägigen Ö-NORMEN
  • Kostenbewusstsein und Grundkenntnisse im Bauprojektcontrolling

Languages & Communication

  • Deutsch m/s sehr gut
  • Englisch und weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

Leadership & Responsibility

  • Fachliche Führung von Montageleitern, Chefmonteuren und externen Montageteams
  • Einsatz‑ und Ressourcenplanung (Personal, Material, Geräte)
  • Koordination von Subunternehmern, Lieferanten und Transportpartnern
  • Aktive Unterstützung und Entlastung der Projektleitung bei operativen Themen
  • Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz und Ordnung auf der Baustelle
  • Umsetzung interner Sicherheits‑ und Qualitätsstandards
  • Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, Normen und Bewilligungen je nach Einsatzland
  • Durchführung von Baustellenkontrollen und Abnahmen
