Wo siehst du deinen Platz?

  • Event Structures - Hier entstehen Gänsehaut-Momente. Ob temporäre Tribünen für das "Eidgenössische", gigantische Festivalbühnen oder komplette Stadien für Sportgrossanlässe: In diesem Bereich sorgst du dafür, dass Emotionen einen sicheren Platz haben. Perfekt für dich, wenn du Tempo, Logistik und sichtbare Ergebnisse liebst.
  • Special Projects - Hier wird das "Unmögliche" gebaut. Wir realisieren komplexe Sonderbauten, Expo-Pavillons und architektonische Unikate weltweit. In diesem Bereich ist kein Projekt wie das andere. Hier bist du richtig, wenn du komplexe Puzzles liebst und technische Innovationen vorantreiben willst.
  • Central Services - Damit draussen auf der Baustelle alles läuft, muss die Basis stimmen. Ob HR, Finance, IT oder Legal: Du hältst den "Machern" den Rücken frei und sorgst für professionelle Strukturen in einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld.

  • Sprichst du weitere Fremdsprachen? Hervorragend! Gerade in unseren internationalen Business Lines (Event Structures & Special Projects), die oft grenzüberschreitend arbeiten, ist das ein grosser Vorteil für die Koordination vor Ort.

Leadership & Responsibility

Bei uns bedeutet "Führung" nicht zwingend, dass du ein grosses Team hast – sondern dass du dein Thema beherrschst. Wir suchen Menschen, die Entscheidungen treffen wollen, statt sie zu delegieren.
