Your mission

In dieser Schlüsselrolle bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen operativer Logistik und externen IT-Dienstleistern und stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Systeme sicher. Als Key User/Product Owner und Projektleiter führst du unsere Software-Entwicklungsprojekte.

Deine Rolle vereint zwei spannende Schwerpunkte:

Schwerpunkt 1: Applikations-Support & Key User

  • Du unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden bei Fragen und Herausforderungen rund um unsere Logistik- und Dispositionssysteme (insbesondere Easyjob)
  • Du koordinierst Supportfälle mit externen IT-Partnern und Softwareherstellern bis zur erfolgreichen Lösung
  • Du schulst Anwender und unterstützt unsere Niederlassungen bei der optimalen Nutzung der Systeme
  • Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst Prozesse und Systeme gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen kontinuierlich weiter

Schwerpunkt 2: Business Ownership & Projektmanagement

  • Du vertrittst die Interessen des Business gegenüber externen Software- und IT-Partnern
  • Du nimmst Anforderungen unserer Business Owner auf, priorisierst diese und übersetzt sie in klare Spezifikationen und User Stories
  • Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft und steuerst Projekte von der Konzeption bis zum Go-live
  • Du stellst die Integration von Anwendungen sowie die Datenqualität entlang der Prozesse sicher
  • Du koordinierst externe Entwicklungspartner und sorgst für eine termin- und zielgerechte Umsetzung und kontrollierst die Entwicklungsbudgets
  • Du begleitest Rollouts und unterstützt unsere Teams bei der erfolgreichen Einführung neuer Lösungen

What you bring

  • IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung mit hoher technischer Affinität
  • Verständnis für Logistik-, Lager- oder Supply-Chain-Prozesse
  • Erfahrung an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT, idealerweise in Support-, Rollout-, Migrations- oder Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Anforderungen zu priorisieren und pragmatische Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Technisches Verständnis von Applikationen, Datenbanken und Schnittstellen (APIs)
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum und User Stories
  • Ein besonderes Interesse an Automatisierung, Digitalisierung und KI-gestützten Lösungen
  • Reisebereitschaft von ca. 30%
  • Erfahrung im Verleihgeschäft und/oder mit EasyJob sind von grossem Vorteil

Languages & Communication

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Spanischkenntnisse und weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
