Job Description:

  • Perform quality inspection and testing of machines before delivery.
  • Conduct machine checking, functional testing, and final quality verification.
  • Identify and report machine defects, abnormalities, or non-conformities in accordance with company inspection standards.
  • Work closely with the Production, Electrical Design, Mechanical Design and Software teams to ensure machine quality meets specifications.
  • Coordinate on machine acceptance and quality documentation.
  • Maintain inspection records and prepare quality reports to ensure all machines meet quality standards and achieve zero-defect delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma/Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related discipline.
  • Preferably least 2 years of working experience in Industrial Automation field or similar field.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, mechanical assembly, and machine troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with quality inspection procedures and testing equipment.
  • Able to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
