O que você vai fazer

Reportando-se ao Coordenador de Supply Chain, o profissional será responsável pelo controle e acompanhamento dos níveis de estoque de matérias-primas, insumos, embalagens e produtos acabados, monitorando divergências entre o estoque físico e o sistêmico para garantir a acuracidade das informações. Deverá realizar análises das movimentações de estoque, identificando perdas, excessos, rupturas e oportunidades de melhoria, além de conduzir inventários cíclicos e gerais, acompanhando as contagens e as tratativas de divergências. Também será responsável pela elaboração de relatórios e indicadores de desempenho de estoque, como acuracidade, cobertura, giro, obsolescência e perdas, bem como pelo controle de validade, aplicação dos métodos FIFO/FEFO e gestão de materiais obsoletos ou de baixo giro. Atuará no acompanhamento de entradas, transferências, baixas e ajustes de estoque no sistema ERP, trabalhando em conjunto com as áreas de PCP, Produção, Compras, Logística e Qualidade para garantir o alinhamento dos estoques e o atendimento das necessidades operacionais. Além disso, apoiará o planejamento de armazenagem e a organização física dos materiais, identificará oportunidades de redução de custos logísticos e otimização dos níveis de estoque, desenvolverá e acompanhará planos de ação voltados à melhoria contínua dos processos de controle de estoque, dará suporte a auditorias internas e externas relacionadas aos controles de inventário e armazenagem e garantirá o cumprimento dos procedimentos, das políticas internas e das normas de segurança.

Você também precisará de:

  • Ter experiência na área de matéria prima, compras, logística ou áreas produtivas relacionadas à controle de estoque
  • Cursando ou formado em Engenharia de Produção e/ou áreas afins;
  • Pacote Office: Excel Intermediário;
  • Trabalhado com Infor M3 (diferencial);
  • Proatividade;
  • Trabalho em equipe;
  • Gestão de tempo.
