Nosso time é formado por pessoas engajadas, com olhar estratégico e paixão por fazer acontecer.Se você busca um ambiente desafiador, com espaço para crescimento e impacto real no negócio, queremos conhecer você..Responsabilidades e atribuições🔹 Como será seu dia a dia:Elaborar, revisar e controlar documentos do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade (SGQ);Conduzir auditorias internas, emitindo relatórios e acompanhando planos de ação (CAPA);Gerir desvios, não conformidades e reclamações de clientes, garantindo investigação e tratativa adequada;Aplicar ferramentas de análise de causa raiz e melhoria contínua;Qualificar transportadoras, fornecedores e prestadores de serviço;Receber, registrar e investigar queixas técnicas e eventos adversos;Realizar notificações regulatórias junto à ANVISA dentro dos prazos estabelecidos;Garantir rastreabilidade de produtos e suporte a processos de recall;Coordenar simulações de recall e acompanhar indicadores de estoque e validade;Atuar junto à ANVISA e Vigilâncias Sanitárias durante inspeções e processos regulatórios;Monitorar atualizações regulatórias e assegurar aderência às normas aplicáveis;Elaborar respostas regulatórias, CAPAs e planos de ação para autoridades sanitárias;Garantir atuação ética, técnica e responsável frente às exigências legais da função de Responsável Técnico.Requisitos e qualificações🔹 O que buscamos em você:Graduação completa em Farmácia, com registro ativo no CRF;Experiência em indústria farmacêutica, distribuição farmacêutica ou operações logísticas de saúde;Vivência em qualidade, assuntos regulatórios e Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade (SGQ);Conhecimento na elaboração e gestão de documentos como POPs, ITs, manuais e registros;Participação em auditorias internas e externas, incluindo ANVISA e órgãos certificadores;Experiência com investigação de desvios, não conformidades e gestão de CAPA;Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de causa raiz, como 5 Porquês, Ishikawa e FMEA;Familiaridade com Boas Práticas de Distribuição (BPD), SNCM, Farmacovigilância, Tecnovigilância e Cosmetovigilância.Residir em Guarulhos/SP ou fácil acesso à região; 🔹Será um diferencial:Pós-graduação em Vigilância Sanitária, Gestão da Qualidade, Assuntos Regulatórios, Farmacologia ou Farmácia Industrial;Certificações e cursos voltados para cadeia de frio, qualidade e compliance regulatório;Vivência com inspeções regulatórias e relacionamento com órgãos sanitários.Informações adicionais🔹 O que oferecemos aqui:Salário compatível com o mercado;Flash Benefícios - Vale Refeição/Alimentação;Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Seguro de vida;Despesas de deslocamento conforme política da empresa;Day Off de aniversário;Ambiente com autonomia, proximidade com liderança e oportunidade real de crescimento profissional.Entendemos que a diversidade fortalece nossa cultura e impulsiona nossos resultados, por isso todas as nossas vagas estão abertas para pessoas com deficiência.Não fazemos distinção de gênero, raça, cor, religião, orientação sexual, identidade de gênero, nacionalidade, idade ou qualquer outra característica.Valorizamos diferentes trajetórias e perspectivas, pois equipes diversas ampliam visões, qualificam decisões e geram melhores resultados. 💙
