Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung unserer Wärmepumpen-Projekte in deiner Region von der Vorbereitung über die Montage bis zur Abnahme
  • Prüfung der Planung auf Machbarkeit und Budget sowie Koordination aller Gewerke: Subunternehmer, eigene Monteure, Elektriker, Fundamentbauer und Entsorger
  • Materialbestellung, -kontrolle und -management auf der Baustelle
  • Professionelle und freundliche Kundenkommunikation per Telefon, WhatsApp, Mail und vor Ort
  • Qualitätskontrolle aller Arbeiten, hydraulischer Abgleich, Inbetriebnahme und Kundeneinweisung
  • Vollständige Dokumentation aller Arbeitsschritte inkl. Fotos und Abnahmeprotokoll
  • Prüfung und Freigabe von Rechnungen
  • Störungsdiagnose, Reparaturen und regelmäßige Wartung für Bestandskund:innen
  • Bei Bedarf: Selbst mit anpacken, wenn's auf der Baustelle eng wird

Dein Profil

  • Gesellenbrief oder Meistertitel im SHK-Bereich (Heizung, Sanitär, Klima) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung oder als Projektleiter:in im Bereich Heizungstechnik
  • Fundiertes Wissen zu Wärmepumpen-Installationen und hydraulischem Abgleich
  • Organisationstalent: Du koordinierst mehrere Baustellen, Gewerke und Termine souverän
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: du scheust dich nicht, auch mal selbst zum Werkzeug zu greifen
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kund:innen, Partner:innen und Kolleg:innen
  • Wohnort in der Region Augsburg/München
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Nice to have — kein Muss, aber ein Plus:

  • Erfahrung mit Wärmepumpen verschiedener Hersteller (z. B. Vaillant, Viessmann, Daikin)
  • Kenntnisse in der Koordination von Subunternehmen
  • Erfahrung mit digitalen Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. Airtable)
  • Spaß an datengetriebenem Arbeiten und Prozessoptimierung
  • Grundkenntnisse in Elektroinstallation oder PV/Speicher
