Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Wartungen, Serviceeinsätzen und Störungsbehebungen an Wärmepumpenanlagen beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Fachgerechte Inbetriebnahme von Wärmepumpenanlagen inkl. hydraulischem Abgleich, messtechnischer Prüfung und Erstellung von Prüfprotokollen
  • Ausführung von Restmontagen und Mängelbeseitigungen zur finalen Anlagenfertigstellung
  • Systematische Fehlerdiagnose und Ad-hoc-Störungsmanagement – du findest den Fehler, du löst ihn
  • Rechtssichere Anlagenabnahme und -übergabe: vollständige Dokumentation, verständliche Einweisung der Kund:innen in Technik und Regelung
  • Selbstständige Terminabsprache mit Kund:innen, Stundenzettelabnahme und eigenverantwortliche Materialdisposition aus dem Kundendienstfahrzeug heraus

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker:in SHK – idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation zum/zur Kundendiensttechniker:in
  • Fundierte Berufspraxis mit Wärmepumpen: du hast welche eingebaut und gewartet, nicht nur daneben gestanden
  • Souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Kund:innen: du kannst erklären, beruhigen und überzeugen
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise – du brauchst keinen, der dir jeden Schritt vorgibt
  • Führerschein Klasse B (Firmenwagen wird gestellt)

Nice to have – kein Muss, aber ein Plus:

  • Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Wärmepumpen-Herstellern (z. B. Vaillant, Viessmann, Daikin, Bosch)
  • Kenntnisse in Trinkwasserhygiene und normgerechter Instandsetzung (DVGW W 551 etc.)
  • Erfahrung mit BUS-Systemen und digitaler Anlagenregelung
  • Grundkenntnisse in Sektorenkopplung (PV & Speicher)
