Als Fragrance Specialist op Brussels Airport ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren en begeleiden van klanten bij hun zoektocht naar de perfecte geur. Met jouw passie voor parfum en sterke productkennis weet je klanten te inspireren en zorg je voor een persoonlijke en onvergetelijke winkelervaring. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke klant zich welkom en gewaardeerd voelt en met een glimlach de winkel verlaat.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Klantenservice: Je verwelkomt klanten en geeft persoonlijk en professioneel parfumadvies Je ontdekt de voorkeuren en behoeften van de klant en helpt hen bij het vinden van een geur die bij hen past Je creëert een aangename en unieke geurbeleving voor iedere klant
  • Productkennis: Je hebt een sterke kennis van parfums, geurnoten en verschillende geurfamilies Je bent op de hoogte van nieuwe lanceringen, collecties en de laatste trends binnen de parfumwereld Je weet jouw passie en kennis op een enthousiaste manier over te brengen naar de klant
  • Verkoop: Je begeleidt klanten tijdens hun aankoop en speelt in op hun behoeften Je draagt actief bij aan het behalen van de commerciële doelstellingen Je zorgt mee voor een aantrekkelijke en verzorgde presentatie van de producten
  • Een afgeronde opleiding in de beauty-, parfum- of retailbranche is een plus
  • Minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, bij voorkeur binnen beauty, parfumerie of luxe retail
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in en bij voorkeur ervaring met parfums
  • Je bent bereid om een uitgebreide productkennis op te bouwen van de merken van Estée Lauder Companies
  • Je hebt affiniteit met luxeproducten en weet de premium positionering van onze merken op een natuurlijke manier uit te dragen
  • Je bent klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel in het adviseren van een internationaal klantenpubliek
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Engels en hebt een goede kennis van Frans
  • Je bent flexibel en hebt geen 9-to-5-mentaliteit: je bent bereid om te werken volgens een variabel uurrooster, inclusief weekends en feestdagen
  • Je bent verzorgd, professioneel en straalt enthousiasme en passie uit
