Als Senior Technical Advisor Life ben jij dé brug tussen al onze verzekeringspartners (de makelaars, subagenten en klanten) en de maatschappijen in de materie van Pensioen, Overlijden en Invest.

Je onderschrijft onze ‘mindset for excellence’ en werkt direct mee aan de versterking van onze portefeuille door advies en oplossingen op maat te bieden aan onze bemiddelaars en klanten.

Met jouw expertise en ervaring werk je de beste oplossingen uit, zorg je voor een vlot A tot Z beheer van de verzekeringsdossiers en zet je maximaal in op een optimale service voor de diverse verzekeringspartners.

Je onderhandelt professioneel via telefoon en e-mail en verzekert een correcte input in onze systemen.

Je werkt nauw samen met Sales Life en onze andere interne teams om de service en klanttevredenheid continu te verbeteren.

Je blijft op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen op verzekeringstechnisch vlak om onze partners steeds het beste advies te kunnen geven.

· Bachelor- of masterdiploma, of een gelijkwaardige ervaring in de verzekeringssector

· Een PCP/VVD-attest is een meerwaarde

· Ervaring en kennis binnen de domeinen Pensioen, Overlijden en Invest is een must

· Je bent vlot in Nederlands en Frans
