The posting

NVIDIA is looking for an experienced and dedicated DevOps / Automation Manager to lead our Firmware Regression & DevOps team. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for maintaining and improving Firmware regression processes, ensuring the stability and reliability of Firmware CI infrastructure, and developing innovative tools and AI-powered automation. You will drive bug triage and prioritization, continuously improve regression efficiency and coverage, and ensure the quality and readiness of Firmware releases by serving as the quality gatekeeper before the release. The team plays a critical role in delivering cutting-edge networking technologies that meet the demanding quality standards of industry-leading customers. You will collaborate closely with NVIDIA’s Networking NIC Firmware team, gaining deep exposure to NVIDIA’s products and technologies while driving quality, efficiency, and engineering excellence.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and develop a DevOps & Firmware engineering team by setting priorities, allocating resources, mentoring engineers, and creating a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Own and drive the Firmware regression process, ensuring comprehensive test coverage, reliable execution, timely issue identification, and accurate bug assignment. Continuously improve regression efficiency and collaborate closely with Firmware release teams to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Lead the Firmware CI & DevOps infrastructures, taking ownership of its stability, scalability, and efficiency. Ensure a reliable, robust, and lean environment that serves as a critical quality gate for Firmware releases.
  • integrate AI-powered solutions to improve stability, reliability, maintenance efficiency, and visualization.
  • Drive regression analysis and quality reporting by overseeing regression results, identifying stability degradations between Firmware versions, and communicating regression status, risks, and critical issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead bug triage and prioritization, ensuring issues are properly investigated, assigned, tracked, and resolved. Guide the team in troubleshooting complex issues, identifying root causes, and delivering high-quality fixes and patches.
  • Collaborate with Firmware release teams by communicating release readiness, highlighting newly introduced issues, reflecting their impact, and take part of the plans to support informed release decisions.

What we need to see:

  • B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical team leadership role, with proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop engineers.
  • 5+ overall years of hands-on experience in Firmware regression, Continuous Integration (CI), and DevOps infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience working in Linux environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or C++, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, motivation, adaptability, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility to support critical debugging and bring-up activities outside regular working hours when required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.

Ways to stand out of the crowd:

  • Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL, with experience developing automation tools and infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience developing agentic AI solutions and integrating AI into engineering workflows.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and networking technologies.
  • Experience with software development and CI/CD tools such as Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, and Docker.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating across engineering teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
