The posting

NVIDIA is transforming how government agencies, educational institutions, and research organizations use artificial intelligence and accelerated computing to serve their communities, advance critical missions, and accelerate scientific discovery. We are seeking an experienced sales leader to lead our General Accounts Federal and SLED team, covering Federal, state and local government, higher education, and research customers. This leader will lead a team of Account Managers focused on expanding NVIDIA’s presence across our existing account base, creating new opportunities, and helping customers adopt NVIDIA’s software, systems, and accelerated computing platforms.

What makes this opportunity outstanding is the chance to work with innovative technology in a collaborative environment that values diversity and inclusion. You’ll be part of a team that’s committed to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible and crafting meaningful change across the globe!

What you will be doing:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers serving General Accounts across Federal, state and local government, higher education, and research.
  • Help build and complete a comprehensive go-to-market strategy aligned with the priorities and opportunities within each market segment.
  • Own pipeline development, demand generation, forecasting accuracy, revenue performance, and achievement of regional growth targets.
  • Establish positive relationships with government executives, agency leaders, university leadership, research organizations, and other key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate NVIDIA’s technical, product, marketing, developer relations, and partner resources to deliver solutions that advance customer missions and research objectives.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8+ years proven experience selling to the Federal Government, regional and municipal agencies, and/or higher education.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • A proven record of exceeding aggressive revenue targets while leading a sophisticated portfolio of technology, platforms, and infrastructure solutions.
  • Solid understanding of public-sector and education buying processes, budget cycles, procurement requirements, and partner-led sales models.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive-engagement skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • A well-developed professional network that includes Federal agencies, state and local governments, universities, and national research organizations.
  • Experience supporting critical initiatives involving scientific computing, cybersecurity, digital modernization, education, or intelligent infrastructure.
  • Technical understanding of AI factories, accelerated computing, data center platforms, and on-premises, hybrid, sovereign, and public-cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with government contract vehicles, collaborative purchasing agreements, grants, and research-funding mechanisms.
  • Success developing joint solutions and market opportunities with cloud providers, system integrators, OEMs, distributors, and specialized technology partners.

NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. We have some of the most forward-thinking and dedicated people in the world working for us. If you're creative, proficient, and love to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
