Hoe kun jij bijdragen?

Wil jij tijdens je stage direct bijdragen aan een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving binnen een technische productieorganisatie? Bij NX Filtration krijg je de kans om onze huidige Risico-Inventarisatie & Evaluatie (RI&E) kritisch onder de loep te nemen en te onderzoeken in hoeverre deze nog aansluit op de dagelijkse praktijk.

Onze organisatie, werkzaamheden en processen zijn continu in ontwikkeling. Dat betekent dat ook arbeidsrisico's kunnen veranderen. Tijdens deze stage voer jij daarom een onafhankelijke review uit van de bestaande RI&E en het bijbehorende Plan van Aanpak.

Je blijft daarbij niet achter je bureau zitten. Je gaat de werkvloer op, voert veiligheidsrondes uit, spreekt met medewerkers en leidinggevenden en analyseert onder andere incidenten, near misses, hazard reports, werkplekinspecties en andere beschikbare veiligheidsinformatie.

Je onderzoekt verschillende werkomgevingen binnen NX Filtration, waaronder productie, logistiek, maintenance & facilities, laboratorium/QC en kantoor.

De centrale vraag tijdens jouw stage is:

“In hoeverre sluit de huidige RI&E van NX Filtration aan op de actuele risico's binnen de organisatie en welke verbetermaatregelen hebben de hoogste prioriteit?”

Wie zijn wij

NX Filtration produceert membraanfilters die wereldwijd worden gebruikt om de kleinste vervuilingen uit water te filteren. Denk hierbij aan vervuilingen zoals nanoplastics, organische stoffen, kleurstoffen, medicijnresten, bacteriën en virussen. Dit heeft geresulteerd in nieuwe en eenvoudige processen voor de behandeling van water, het hergebruik van afvalwater en de productie van drinkwater. Het motto van NX Filtration is “schoon en betaalbaar water voor iedereen”. In 2024 is een geheel nieuwe, zeer moderne fabriek in Hengelo in gebruik genomen.

Wat vragen we van jou?

  • Je volgt een relevante HBO-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld: Integrale Veiligheidskunde, Milieukunde, Technische Bedrijfskunde, of een vergelijkbare technische of veiligheidskundige opleiding.
  • Je hebt interesse in HSE, arbeidsveiligheid, productieprocessen en continu verbeteren.
  • Je werkt analytisch, zorgvuldig en gestructureerd.
  • Je durft medewerkers en leidinggevenden op verschillende niveaus te interviewen.
  • Je kunt waarnemingen objectief vastleggen en vertalen naar concrete en uitvoerbare verbetervoorstellen.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en vindt het leuk om zowel zelfstandig als met verschillende afdelingen samen te werken.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed en bij voorkeur ook de Engelse taal.
