Vi söker en erfaren och mångsidig ServiceNow utvecklare till CSM-teamet. Du kommer att spela en central roll i vårt team och bidra till utveckling för att skapa och förbättra våra kunders användarupplevelse. Dina uppgifter kommer att inkludera: Backend-utveckling: Bidra till utvecklingen av nya funktioner och förbättringar av befintliga system inkl. implementation av integrationer. Samarbete: Arbeta nära våra produkt-, design- och analysteam för att säkerställa att våra lösningar möter kundernas behov och förväntningar. Kvalitetssäkring: Genomföra tester och kvalitetssäkring för att säkerställa att våra produkter uppfyller högsta standarder och kan fungera över lång tid Problemlösning: Lösa tekniska problem och hitta kreativa lösningar för att förbättra våra system. Dokumentation: Skapa och underhålla dokumentation. Vi söker någon med följande kvalifikationer: Erfarenhet: Minst 3 års erfarenhet som Fullstack-utvecklare. Tekniska färdigheter: Backend: Goda kunskaper i Javascript. Bygga Workspaces. Kunskap om ServiceNows datamodell inkl. CMDB/CSDM Integration: Erfarenhet av att utveckla och integrera med andra system via REST- APIer. Erfarenhet: Minst 2 års erfarenhet som CSM utvecklare Kommunikationsförmåga: Utmärkt kommunikationsförmåga, både skriftligt och muntligt, på svenska och engelska.
