Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die operative Führung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Transportbetriebs
  • Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Koordination der Dispositionen und Standorte sowie Sicherstellung klarer Verantwortlichkeiten und effizienter Abläufe
  • Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Stellvertretungsorganisation
  • Optimale Planung und Auslastung von Personal, Fahrzeugen und Aufträgen
  • Frühzeitiges Erkennen und Lösen von Kapazitätsengpässen
  • Führung und Coaching der Disponenten und Mitarbeitenden
  • Mitwirkung bei Rekrutierung, Mitarbeitergesprächen sowie Aus\- und Weiterbildungen
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Produktivität, Fahrzeugauslastung, Arbeitszeiten, Kosten und Leistungskennzahlen
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Strukturen und Schnittstellen
  • Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Transportmanagementsystemen
  • Operative Betreuung ausgewählter Kunden und Unterstützung bei komplexen Transportaufträgen
  • Mitwirkung bei Offerten, Kalkulationen sowie neuen Kunden\- und Transportprojekten
  • Sicherstellung der gesetzlichen, internen und kundenspezifischen Vorgaben
  • Koordination von Schulungen, Audits, Reklamationen und Präventionsmassnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der technischen Verfügbarkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit des Fuhrparks
  • Koordination von Wartungen, Reparaturen und Fahrzeugbeschaffungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Budgetierung und laufende Kostenkontrolle
  • Analyse von Abweichungen und Einleitung geeigneter Massnahmen

Qualifikation

  • Berufserfahrung im Transport\-, Speditions\- oder Logistikumfeld
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer operativen Transportorganisation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Disposition und Transportsteuerung
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Disponenten und Fahrpersonal
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Kapazitäts\-, Ressourcen\- und Kostenmanagement
  • Erfahrung mit Kennzahlen und operativem Controlling
  • Gute Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen im Schweizer Strassentransport
  • Hohe IT\-Affinität und Erfahrung mit Dispositions\-/Transportmanagementsystemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in ADR/ARV sowie Gefahrgut\- und Spezialtransporten von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Qualitätsmanagement und Audits von Vorteil
  • Führungskompetent, entscheidungsstark und durchsetzungsfähig
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und klare, verbindliche Kommunikation
  • Selbstständig, belastbar, organisiert und lösungsorientiert
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und ausgeprägte Hands\-on\-Mentalität
  • Hohes Sicherheits\-, Qualitäts\- und Kundenbewusstsein
  • Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Bereitschaft, bestehende Strukturen zu hinterfragen und weiterzuentwickeln
