Je start als advocaat-stagiair Banking & Finance en werkt voor ondernemers, overheden, pensioenfondsen en institutionele beleggers aan vraagstukken waarin recht, financiering en strategie samenkomen. Vanaf dag één krijg je inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Je werkt voor een gevarieerde cliëntenkring: van nationale en internationale ondernemingen in sectoren zoals zorg, vastgoed, energie en technologie, tot pensioenfondsen, verzekeraars, fondsen en beleggingsinstellingen.
  • Je helpt bij het opstellen en beoordelen van leningsdocumentatie, zekerhedenstructuren en andere financieringstransacties. Van standaard bancaire leningen tot maatwerk.
  • Je signaleert en verwerkt internationale invloeden: buitenlandse financieringsstructuren vinden steeds vaker hun weg naar de Nederlandse praktijk. Jij helpt cliënten begrijpen wat dat voor hen betekent.
  • Je werkt mee aan fondsstructuren en advisering rondom de inrichting van beleggingsfondsen en compliance met toezichtwetgeving (Wft, Prospectusverordening, en eisen van de toezichthouders).
  • Je denkt mee over uitbestedingsovereenkomsten en de juridische kaders rondom het uitbesteden van kritieke of belangrijke taken door pensioenfondsen en verzekeraars.
  • Je verdiept je in actuele ontwikkelingen op het gebied van Europese financiële regelgeving en alternatieve financieringsvormen.

Wie jij bent

Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar samenwerking, initiatief en vakinhoudelijke uitdaging samenkomen. Je bent nieuwsgierig, analytisch en haalt plezier uit het doorgronden van uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken.

  • Je hebt een (bijna) afgeronde masteropleiding, bij voorkeur met een specialisatie in financieel recht of ondernemingsrecht.
  • Je bent geïnteresseerd in de wereld van financiering, compliance en financieel toezicht en wilt je daarin verder ontwikkelen.
  • Je bent ambitieus, leergierig en hebt een proactieve houding.
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en in het Engels en bent in staat om complexe juridische vraagstukken op een begrijpelijke manier uit te leggen aan cliënten.
  • Je bent betrokken en gericht op samenwerken.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen ontwikkeling en draagt graag bij aan het succes van het team.

  • Je start met een salaris van € 4.014 bruto per maand, op basis van 40 uur per week. Aangevuld met uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder 28 vakantiedagen, studieverlofdagen en twee vaste verlofdagen.
  • We werken hard, vieren successen samen en ontmoeten elkaar tijdens borrels, teamuitjes en natuurlijk Skysingh.
