Je start als Compliance Officer in een zelfstandige functie waarin je compliancevraagstukken vertaalt naar de dagelijkse praktijk binnen Nysingh. Je adviseert collega's en bestuur, bewaakt integriteit en compliance en draagt zichtbaar bij aan een zorgvuldig en toekomstbestendig kantoor.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Je werkt voor collega's, het bestuur en verschillende disciplines binnen Nysingh.
  • Je vertaalt de inhoud van wet- en regelgeving o.a. de Wwft, Sanctiewet, advocatuurlijke en notariële regels en aanverwante kaders, naar duidelijke en werkbare interne richtlijnen en begeleidt de jaarlijkse audit.
  • Je houdt toezicht op de naleving van wet- en regelgeving en signaleert integriteits- en compliancerisico's.
  • Je fungeert als sparringpartner, deelt kennis en ondersteunt collega's bij compliance-gerelateerde vraagstukken.
  • Je rapporteert bevindingen en ontwikkelingen aan het bestuur en draagt bij aan het verder professionaliseren van compliance binnen de organisatie.

Wie jij bent

Je bent zorgvuldig, zelfstandig en voelt verantwoordelijkheid voor je rol en adviezen. Je weet complexe vraagstukken begrijpelijk te maken en draagt bij aan een cultuur waarin integriteit en bewustwording centraal staan.

  • Je beschikt over wo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met compliancevraagstukken en relevante kennis van de Wwft en de advocatuurlijke en notariële verplichtingen.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet complexe of gevoelige onderwerpen helder en toegankelijk te bespreken.
  • Je bent zelfstandig in je oordeelsvorming en durft standvastig te zijn wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je hebt oog voor integriteit, gedrag en bewustwording binnen een organisatie.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met digitale systemen en moderne werkwijzen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen ontwikkeling en draagt graag bij aan het succes van het team.

Met wie je samenwerkt

Je werkt nauw samen met een compliance medewerker, die je aanstuurt. Daarnaast schakel je regelmatig met collega's uit verschillende disciplines en vestigingen en heb je direct contact met het bestuur. De werkwijze vraagt om zelfstandigheid, zorgvuldigheid en het vermogen om als onafhankelijke sparringpartner op te treden. Samen werken jullie aan een integere organisatie waarin compliance begrijpelijk, werkbaar en zichtbaar is.
