Jij bent een ervaren ICT-professional die graag richting geeft, maar tegelijkertijd betrokken blijft bij de dagelijkse praktijk. Als Teamleider Legal Tech geef je leiding aan het team en werk je aan een veilige, innovatieve en gebruiksvriendelijke digitale werkomgeving. Je vertaalt ontwikkelingen en behoeften naar passend ICT-beleid, implementeert deze en bent zichtbaar en benaderbaar voor de hele organisatie. Daarbij vind je het vanzelfsprekend om, wanneer dat nodig is, zelf bij te dragen aan (complexere) supportvraagstukken, security en automatisering door middel van AI.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Je geeft leiding aan de medewerkers van Legal Tech, stimuleert hun ontwikkeling en zorgt voor een duidelijke verdeling en goede uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je geeft vorm aan het ICT-beleid, brengt dit in de praktijk en speelt in op relevante ontwikkelingen binnen Legal Tech.
  • Je draagt zorg voor een veilige, stabiele en toekomstbestendige ICT-omgeving en geeft richting aan functioneel applicatiebeheer, security, automatisering, AI en proactieve kennisdeling.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met helpdeskwerkzaamheden en pakt waar nodig zelf complexere technische en functionele gebruikersvragen op.
  • Je analyseert en verbetert werkprocessen op basis van technologie, gebruikersfeedback en informatiebeveiliging.

Wie jij bent

Je bent een toegankelijke en daadkrachtige leidinggevende die overzicht houdt, prioriteiten stelt en mensen in beweging krijgt. Je denkt vooruit, maar staat tegelijkertijd dicht bij de dagelijkse praktijk. Je begrijpt wat gebruikers nodig hebben en vindt het leuk om samen met je team tot praktische en duurzame oplossingen te komen.

  • Je beschikt over mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring en weet medewerkers te motiveren, ontwikkelen en aan te spreken op het gezamenlijke resultaat.
  • Je hebt brede kennis van ICT-systemen, applicaties, infrastructuur en Microsoft 365.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met ICT-support en bent bereid om bij complexere gebruikersvragen zelf mee te denken en waar nodig ondersteuning te bieden.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en analytisch. Je verbindt verschillende belangen en vertaalt ontwikkelingen naar concrete keuzes en verbeteringen.

Wat wij bieden

  • Een salaris tussen € 4.820 en € 6.428 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring, op basis van 40 uur per week. Aangevuld met uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder 28 vakantiedagen, studieverlofdagen en twee vaste verlofdagen.
