Je start als werkstudent binnen Aansprakelijkheid, Verzekering & Schade (AV&S) en werkt mee aan uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken voor overheden, verzekeraars, zorginstellingen, ondernemingen en assurantiemakelaars. Zo doe je tijdens je studie waardevolle praktijkervaring op.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Je werkt mee aan zaken voor overheden, verzekeraars, zorginstellingen, ondernemingen en assurantiemakelaars.
  • Je ondersteunt advocaten bij uiteenlopende dossiers binnen het aansprakelijkheidsrecht, verzekeringsrecht en schadevergoedingsrecht.
  • Je doet juridisch onderzoek en helpt bij het voorbereiden van zittingen, besprekingen, adviezen en processtukken.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met advocaten binnen de sectie en leert van hun kennis, ervaring en aanpak.
  • Je volgt relevante juridische ontwikkelingen en draagt daarmee bij aan de kennis binnen de praktijk.

Wie jij bent

Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de advocatuur en wilt naast je studie ontdekken hoe het is om binnen een gespecialiseerde juridische praktijk te werken. Je krijgt energie van juridische vraagstukken en werkt graag samen in een professionele en toegankelijke werkomgeving.

  • Je studeert Nederlands Recht.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met aansprakelijkheidsrecht.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, proactief en kunt goed zelfstandig werken.
  • Je schrijft graag, communiceert uitstekend in het Nederlands en Engels en vindt het leuk om juridische vraagstukken grondig uit te zoeken en helder te verwoorden.
  • Je werkt zorgvuldig en kunt gemakkelijk schakelen tussen verschillende dossiers.
  • Je bent minimaal 2 dagen per week beschikbaar.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen ontwikkeling en draagt graag bij aan het succes van het team.

  • Je start met een salaris van €2.762,- bruto per maand, op basis van 40 uur per week. Aangevuld met uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder 28 vakantiedagen en twee vaste verlofdagen.
  • We werken hard, vieren successen samen en ontmoeten elkaar tijdens borrels, teamuitjes en natuurlijk Skysingh.
