You will build strategic relationships with the Digital Leadership, Corporate function as well as with our key vendors and recruitment providers.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll provide a clear point of accountability for the end-to-end resourcing lifecycle, from sourcing support and onboarding through to extensions, renewals and offboarding for our contingent workforce. You’ll ensure Digital can access the specialist capability it needs while maintaining strong workforce controls, value for money, reliable workforce information and a positive engagement experience.

Working across Digital and with key enabling functions, you’ll help leaders navigate workforce processes, maintain visibility of workforce movements and ensure activities are delivered consistently, efficiently and in line with organisational requirements. You’ll also lead and develop our Digital Workforce Advisor, building a high-performing workforce operations service that supports Digital’s delivery outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver meaningful resource workforce reporting, insights and analysis to support leadership decision-making
  • Identify workforce trends, risks and opportunities and recommend practical improvements
  • Partner with our Chapter Leads to ensure our internal capability is fit for our current and future needs
  • Lead the end-to-end contingent workforce lifecycle
  • Oversee contractor and consultant engagements, ensuring strong governance, controls and compliance
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Commercial, Procurement and suppliers to support access to specialised digital capability
  • Monitor engagement end dates, tenure, extensions, workforce risks, costs and utilisation
  • Strengthen workforce processes and ensure approvals and records are accurate and up to date.
  • Support workforce planning, budgeting and forecasting through accurate, reliable information.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
