Die vitafill GmbH produziert hochwertige Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, diätetische Lebensmittel und Kosmetika nach Maß. Die Kernkompetenz der vitafill GmbH besteht in der individuellen Produktherstellung von der Rezepturentwicklung über die Darreichungsform bis hin zur Verpackung, kombiniert mit höchsten Qualitätsansprüchen nach DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, IFS Food 8 und HACCP. Die vitafill GmbH hat ihren Firmensitz in Baltmannsweiler bei Stuttgart.

Aufgaben

  • Warenein- & -ausgang: Du nimmst Rohstoffe, Verpackungsmaterialien und Fertigprodukte an, prüfst sie und lagerst sie fachgerecht ein.
  • Versand & Kommissionierung: Du verpackst und versendest unsere Produkte gewissenhaft und hältst dabei Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards ein.
  • Chargen- & Bestandsführung: Du achtest auf MHD, Chargenrückverfolgbarkeit und unterstützt bei Inventuren sowie der Pflege im Warenwirtschaftssystem.
  • Sauberkeit & Sicherheit: Du sorgst für Ordnung im Lager, hältst Hygiene- und Abfallkonzepte ein und achtest auf die Einhaltung des Gebäudeschutzes.
  • Schnittstellenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit Produktion, Einkauf und Qualitätsmanagement zusammen, um reibungslose Abläufe zu sichern.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Lagerlogistik, Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, Spedition, Exportmanagement oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Logistik, idealerweise im Lebensmittel- oder Nahrungsergänzungsmittelbereich
  • Kenntnisse in logistischen Prozessen wie Wareneingang, Kommissionierung, Lagerhaltung, Versand und Inventur
  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitsschutz, Hygiene und Gefahrstoffmanagement
  • Staplerschein ist von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B1/B2)
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und echter Teamgeist
