Mitarbeiter Facility Management HLKS (m/w) 80\-100%

Zur Verstärkung unseres Facility Management Teams suchen wir dich per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung als:

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betrieb, Überwachung und Kontrolle der technischen Anlagen in den Bereichen Heizung, Lüftung, Kälte und teilweise Sanitär
  • Durchführung von Inspektions\-, Wartungs\- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an HLKS\-Anlagen
  • Erkennen, Analysieren und Beheben von Störungen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Massnahmen
  • Koordination und Begleitung externer Servicepartner, Lieferanten und Handwerker
  • Sicherstellung eines energieeffizienten Anlagenbetriebs sowie Unterstützung bei Optimierungsmassnahmen
  • Unterstützung deiner Teamkollegen bei der Betreuung weiterer Facility\-Management\-Themen wie Gebäudeunterhalt, Sicherheit, Umzügen, Veranstaltungen und Infrastruktur

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Lüftungsanlagenbauer EFZ, Heizungsinstallateur EFZ, Sanitärinstallateur EFZ ist zwingend
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Betrieb oder Unterhalt von gebäudetechnischen HLK\-Anlagen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Heizung, Lüftung und Kälte; Erfahrung im Sanitärbereich von Vorteil
  • Verständnis für Gebäudeleitsysteme und technische Zusammenhänge
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitäts\- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein mit guten Deutschkenntnissen
  • Bereitschaft für Pikettdienst (ca. 6 Wochen pro Jahr)
  • Gute PC bzw. Office Kenntnisse
