Notre site de Veauche, situé à proximité de Saint-Étienne, est l'usine premium d'O-I France avec plus de 280 collaborateurs, 2 fours et 7 lignes de production.

Description du poste

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement pour congé maternité, nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) de direction et fonctions supports en CDD.

Au sein de notre site de production de Veauche, vous êtes un réel support administratif pour l'usine. Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

- Secrétariat de Direction : accueil, courrier, organisation des déplacements du personnel selon la politique voyage du groupe.

- Organisation des événements de l'usine : visites, diverses célébrations, réunions d'équipes...

- Communication interne de l'usine et déploiement des nouveaux outils de communication du groupe.

- Dossiers spécifiques : médailles du travail, organigramme, indicateurs entreprise (effectif, bilan social….), alternants, stagiaires.

- Suivi et gestion administrative des ressources humaines et des relations sociales en collaboration avec la RRH.

Qualifications

Diplômé(e) d’un Bac +2/3, vous disposez d’une expérience minimum de 3 ans en assistanat ou dans une fonction similaire en milieu industriel. Une expérience dans une fonction Ressources Humaines est indispensable.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...).

Vous avez des compétences en droit social.

Vous êtes reconnus pour votre aptitude relationnelle et votre sens du service. Vous savez faire preuve de discernement, de discrétion, et de confidentialité.

Vous justifiez de réelles qualités d’analyse et synthèse et vous faites preuve d’une grande rigueur, d’une excellente organisation, d’autonomie et de disponibilité.
