Descripción del empleo

Objetivo

  • Coordinar la logística relacionada con los proyectos tanto de reparación mayor como líneas de producción pequeñas de Ingeniería, disminuyendo al mínimo los costos y tiempos de entrega en las diferentes plantas OI.
  • Realizar un tracking para el equipo de ingeniería de cada embarque (proyecto) solicitado.
  • Ser el miembro de soporte para el equipo Ingeniería para operaciones de logística (fechas de entrega, costos,etc).
  • Coordinar proyectos menores entre contrygroups.

Funciones del Puesto

  • Conocimiento de fechas de reparaciones mayores de hornos, drenados, demolición de hornos para futuros arranques de Hornos y proyectos de líneas de producción.
  • Tracking de fechas de liberación de equipos y materiales con proveedores de materiales y usuarios de ingeniería.
  • Realizar una provisión de fechas de llegada de materiales de proyecto con Ingeniería dependiendo las fechas establecidas de liberación para los arranques de proyecto establecidos.
  • Revisión de pedidos correctos para un correcto registro interno.
  • Liderear mediante reuniones y correos con usuarios de ingeniería, forwarders y Agentes Aduanales los embarques para una mejor logística de inicio a fin.
  • Supervisar los costos de embarques con proveedores logísticos para lograr ahorros en la operación.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con los agentes aduanales para la pronta liberación de los materiales y entrega en las diferentes plantas de OI.
  • Supervisar el correcto registro de materiales en los diferentes almacenes de las plantas OI.
  • Liderear internamente con el área de pagos el correcto registro de facturas de agentes aduanales y forwarders.

Requisitos

Formación Académica

  • Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Internacional y afines.

Experiencia Laboral

  • 2 años de experiencia en importaciones y exportaciones (sector manufacturero).

Requisitos y conocimientos requeridos

  • Inglés conversacional Avanzado.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional.
  • Tener Visa y Pasaporte Vigentes.
  • Conocimientos en BASC y CT-PAT.
  • Conocimiento del Anexo 24.
