Description du poste

Au cœur d'un pôle Premium, vous accompagnerez les équipes de l'usine et contribuerez au développement de projets d'amélioration continue au service de la satisfaction de nos clients et notre performance.», Amandine Allirot Responsable Qualité

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Qualité et intégré(e) au sein d’une équipe de 9 collaborateurs, vous participez au pilotage de la performance qualité et sécurité alimentaire du site.

  • Piloter le Système de Management de la Sécurité Alimentaire (SMSDA)
  • Contribuer au déploiement des référentiels HACCP et FSSC 22000.
  • Animer les démarches d'amélioration continue en matière de qualité et de sécurité alimentaire et assurer le suivi des plans d'actions.
  • Coordonner les audits internes, clients et de certification ainsi que les revues de Direction.
  • Piloter le suivi qualité du Four 3 et accompagner les équipes de production dans l'analyse des défauts et l'amélioration des performances.
  • Gérer les réclamations clients, les non-conformités, suivre les indicateurs et les actions correctives associées.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans la compréhension et l'application des exigences qualité et sécurité alimentaire (formation, sensibilisation…)

Qualifications

  • Formation supérieure de préférence Bac+5 en Qualité, Sécurité Alimentaire, Génie Industriel ou équivalent.
  • Expérience minimum de 3 ans en environnement industriel sur des fonctions qualité, sécurité alimentaire et en gestion de projets
  • Connaissance des référentiels qualité et sécurité alimentaire : ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, IFS, BRC.
  • Maîtrise des outils qualité et d'amélioration continue : HACCP, SPC, RCCA, PDCA, 5S, Kaizen.
  • Anglais professionnel.
  • Esprit d'analyse, rigueur, sens du terrain, proactivité et capacité à travailler avec l'ensemble des équipes seront vos principaux atouts.
