Ben jij verpleegkundige met ervaring of interesse in de spoedgevallen en wil je op een flexibele manier bijverdienen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Voor onze spoedgevallendienst bouwen we een flexibele pool van verpleegkundigen uit. Na een positieve selectieprocedure word je opgenomen in deze pool. Wanneer er een personeelsnood ontstaat, bekijken we wie beschikbaar is om een shift op te nemen (bv. tijdens het respiratoir seizoen december - maart en de periode mei - september). Zo help je mee om kwaliteitsvolle zorg te garanderen, terwijl je zelf bepaalt wanneer je beschikbaar bent.

  • Je zet jouw expertise en warme zorg in om onze patiënten zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen, met altijd de focus op kwalitatieve verzorging.
  • Het welzijn van jouw toegewezen patiënten ligt in jouw bekwame handen; je observeert en bewaakt hun gezondheidstoestand nauwkeurig.
  • Je biedt patiënten en hun familie een warm onthaal en de nodige begeleiding, en ondersteunt waar nodig met deskundige zorg.
  • Je integreert je moeiteloos in ons multidisciplinair team van verpleegkundigen, artsen en paramedici en draagt bij aan de persoonlijke zorg die ons ziekenhuis typeert.
  • Naast je directe zorgtaken besteed je aandacht aan administratieve en patiëntgebonden taken, zoals het zorgvuldig bijhouden van het elektronisch patiëntendossier, om de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de zorg te waarborgen.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma bachelor verpleegkunde.
  • Je werkt patiëntgericht en beschikt over sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig, nauwgezet en leergierig en hebt interesse in de spoedafdeling.
  • Je gaat bij voorkeur een engagement aan voor een jaar (op afroepbasis).
  • Tot slot herken je jezelf in de kernwaarden van Ziekenhuis Waregem: je werkt persoonlijk, deskundig, verantwoordelijk en in samenwerking met anderen. Passie, innovatie en een ondernemende houding typeren jouw manier van werken.
