Ben jij een gepassioneerde MOC- coördinator -stafmedewerker om ons team te versterken? Dan ben je bij ziekenhuis Waregem op je plek.

Als MOC- coördinator -stafmedewerker speel je een belangrijke rol in de organisatie en opvolging van de multidisciplinaire oncologische consulten (MOC’s) en zorg je voor een correcte registratie, verwerking en analyse van oncologische gegevens. Daarnaast sta je als stafmedewerker klaar om de directie te ondersteunen bij de validatie van rapporten.

Samen met je collega’s sta je

als MOC- coördinator in voor:

  • De organisatie van de MOC: opvolgen en voorbereiden van de MOC-casussen
  • Verslaggeving MOC: aanwezigheid tijdens de MOC-overlegmomenten
  • Verwerking van de MOC-data: nazicht en validatie op volledigheid en correctheid van deze MOC-bundels
  • Facturatie naar RIZIV
  • Registratie tumoren: tijdige en correcte registratie naar het Belgian Cancer Registry
  • Bewaking van alle verplichte registraties
  • Monitoring: via Qlik de beleidsrapportering rond MOC bijhouden en valideren

als stafmedewerker in voor:

  • Validatie van ziekenhuisbrede data (Kwaliteit / Patiëntveiligheid / Beleidsinformatie) in Qlik (rapporteringsprogramma)
  • Je staat in nauw contact met de stafmedewerker beleidsinformatie, die instaat voor de opbouw van de rapporten
  • Samenwerking binnen het ziekenhuis om de dienstdoelstellingen en ziekenhuisdoelstellingen maximaal te realiseren
  • Je hebt een master diploma op zak. Heb je daarnaast een ervaring in beleidsrapportering en/of oncologie? Dan is dat zeker een pluspunt.
  • Het beschikken over een RIZIV-nummer is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt de opleidingen van het Belgian Cancer Registry gevolgd of bent bereid deze te volgen.
  • Je kan je helemaal vinden in de kernwaarden van ons ziekenhuis: je biedt zorg op maat van de persoon, draagt je verantwoordelijkheid, stelt deskundigheid voorop en werkt nauw samen met je collega’s.
  • Je bent dynamisch, leergierig en hebt een passie voor oncologie.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in data, kan vlot werken met MS office toepassingen en volgt nauwgezet de deadlines op.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en bent vertrouwd met gegevens- inzameling,- verwerking en rapportage.
