Annual Compensation: $50,000–$80,000

Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Five-Day Workweek | NO SUNDAYS

O'Neill's Chevrolet, a family-owned dealership proudly serving the Farmington Valley for over 100 years, is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Business Development Coordinator (BDC) to join our sales team.

We are looking for an outgoing, organized individual who enjoys communicating with customers, building relationships, and helping drive sales opportunities.

Automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries.
  • Schedule sales appointments for prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to generate additional sales opportunities.
  • Follow up with unsold showroom customers and internet prospects.
  • Confirm scheduled appointments and maintain consistent customer communication.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with sales management to maximize appointment show rates and vehicle sales.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience while representing O'Neill's Chevrolet.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, texting, and CRM software.
  • Previous automotive BDC, sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual earning potential of $50,000–$80,000, including base compensation and performance-based incentives.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position – 40 hours per week.
