Tööülesanded: - Masinkrohvimine ja tasandamine: Siseruumide seinte ja lagede ettevalmistamine, pindade krohvimine krohvipritsi/krohvimasina abil, pindade sirgendamine, rihtimine ja majakate paigaldus.- Pahteldamine ja masinlihvimine: Erinevate pahtlisegude pinnale kandmine (sh masinpahteldus), pindade tolmuvaba lihvimine kaelkirjakuga (lihvimismasinaga) ja kruntimine. - Kõrgsurvevärvimine (Airless): Kõrgekvaliteediline sisevärvimine värvipritsiga vastavalt etteantud pinnakvaliteedi nõuetele. - Kipsitööd ja vuukimine: Kipsplaatide vuukide täitmine, võrgu või paberi armeerimine, nurgaprofiilide paigaldamine ning akna- ja uksepalede korrektne viimistlus. - Materjalide ettevalmistamine ja tõstmine: Kuivsegude, krohvikottide ja valmispahtlite transportimine, tõstmine, masinasse laadimine ning õigete töösegude valmistamine. - Seadmete ja töökeskkonna hooldus: Akende, uste ja põrandate katmine enne tööde algust, krohvi- ja värvipritside igapäevane professionaalne puhastamine, hooldus, töökoha koristamine ning ohutustehnika range järgimine.

Muud nõuded: Varasem töökogemus maalri ja krohvijana (vähemalt 2 aastat).Nõutav on vähemalt 2-aastane pidev ja katkematu töökogemus ühe tööandja juures (stabiilne töökäik). Krohvimis- ja viimistlusmaterjalide ning vastavate masinate/tehnoloogiate hea tundmine. Väga hea füüsiline vorm ja vastupidavus (töö on füüsiliselt raske, sisaldab pidevat raskete materjalikottide ja segude tõstmist ning teisaldamist). Iseseisvus, täpsus, korrektsus ja kokkulepitud tähtaegadest kinnipidamine.
