Tööülesanded: Otsime oma meeskonda projektijuhti / kliendihaldurit, kelle peamiseks ülesandeks on olemasolevate kliendiprojektide ja tellimuste igapäevane korraldamine ning sujuva infovahetuse tagamine klientide, tootmise ja koostööpartnerite vahel.Töö sobib inimesele, kes on hea suhtleja, süsteemne ja järjepidev ning kellele meeldib asju algusest lõpuni korraldada. Lisaks igapäevasele projektide juhtimisele ootame valmisolekut otsida uusi potentsiaalseid kliente ning luua nendega esmaseid kontakte.

• olemasolevate kliendiprojektide ja tellimuste igapäevane haldamine ning koordineerimine; • klientidega suhtlemine ja nende päringute käsitlemine; • tellimuste sisestamine, kinnitamine ja täitmise jälgimine; • infovahetuse korraldamine klientide, tootmise ja koostööpartnerite vahel; • laadimiste, transpordi ja tarnete planeerimine ning koordineerimine; • suhtlemine transpordiettevõtete ja teiste koostööpartneritega; • saatedokumentide, CMR-ide, arvete ja muude vajalike dokumentide vormistamine; • tellimuste, laovarude ja tarnetega seotud info haldamine; • potentsiaalsete uute klientide ja kontaktide järjepidev otsimine erinevatelt turgudelt; • esmase kontakti loomine potentsiaalsete klientidega ning suhtluse hoidmine; • erinevate aruannete ja analüüside koostamine.

Muud nõuded: • väga hea organiseerimisvõime ning oskus oma tööd iseseisvalt planeerida;• täpsus ja kohusetundlikkus dokumentide ning tellimuste haldamisel; • väga hea suhtlemis- ja koostööoskus; • aktiivsus, initsiatiivikus ja järjepidevus; • julgus võtta ühendust uute ettevõtete ja potentsiaalsete klientidega; • oskus otsida internetist vajalikku infot ning leida uusi ettevõtteid ja kontaktisikuid; • võime hallata korraga mitut projekti ja pidada kinni kokkulepetest ning tähtaegadest; • hea MS Office'i, eelkõige Outlooki ja Exceli kasutamise oskus ning valmisolek töötada majandustarkvaraga; • hea eesti, inglise ja vene keele oskus nii kõnes kui kirjas; • varasem kogemus puiduvaldkonnas, logistikas, ekspordis või kliendihalduses on eelis.
